The Pub and Grille
      Offering an upscale family atmosphere, courteous service and unmatched cuisine Roby Lee's will make your dining experience truly memorable.  We offer a delightful mix of Italian and American cuisine featuring hand cut USDA Choice steak, fresh Seafood specialties, authentic Italian pasta dishes and deli style sandwiches. 

    All of our Chefs hold degrees from culinary schools.  Our Head Chef Hedi, known to all as "Chef Zippy", has attended the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France and has over 21 years experience in some of the world's finest restaurants in Paris, Genoa, Rome and Geneva.  Chef Zippy has worked in the Tour de Arjon in Paris,  Pizza Napolitan in Napoli, Italy.

    Sous Chef Michael Kinsley attended Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts.  With 12 years of experience Michael has worked at the Hyatt Grand Cypress Hotel in Orlando, Florida and locally at Alberini's in Niles.

    Restaurant Manager Joseph Bowell attended from the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts and has opened several restaurants as well as working for several years as a Restaurant Manager. Joseph brings 11 years experience to Roby Lee's.

    Chef Edward White attended Pennsylvania Culinary Institute. Ed has worked at Roby Lee's for almost two years.  He is a local from Windham.

    Our staff would like to invite you experience our hand made daily specials.  All of our specialties are prepared from scratch, offering a pleasant creative dining experience.

    We offer three distinct seating choices.  We offer our remodeled Lounge for lunch and casual family dining, our elegant new Palm Room for authentic family style cuisine and our late night Pub.
